We all know that there is not actual cure for the extremely annoying and disabling common cold; it is one of those conditions of the respiratory system that makes us feel completely incompetent and weak for days. There are numerous products that promise curing cold, but the truth is far from it. Most of them are massively advertised in magazines and TV programs, but some of them could be quite dangerous, since they are made of a combination of ingredients that have several different side effects. Heart disorders, blood pressure problems and stomach problems are associated with these products. When you have a cold it’s not time to learn how to take blood pressure, so skip them as much as you can. Thankfully there are some things you can do so as to cure cold; let’s see how you can stop cold naturally and effectively. First of all you should drink plenty of fluids; when we are sick we usually get dehydrated because our body naturally uses its own fluids to fight the virus. By providing more water and fluids we help our body replenish the useful amount of fluid that fights the infection. Moreover, we help our body deal with the mucus that blocks our nose and prohibits us from breathing properly. Drinking lukewarm teas – not hot – and having a lot of soups is a great idea. When having a cold you should always eat chicken soup with veggies, boil the chicken for as long as you can in slow fire. Chickens, especially the hormones-free ones, can provide us the necessary vitamins to fight cold. Contrary to the common belief, sneezing and coughing is actually great; your body is trying to get rid of the mucus and the cause of infection. If you try to suppress sneezing and nose blowing using several medicines you will keep the original virus in your body; it is not accidental that many people feel bad for days or fall sick again after some time when they use medicines and other miracle products. You need to shift the virus away and rid your body from the infectious mucus.
